Very nice, spacious, quiet, and clean apartment with many good utilities. The whole apartment basically has a nice tatami floor and for sleeping there are futons which are also quite nice. The location is very convenient allowing easy and quick access to surrounding sightseeing and hiking places (i.e., with a car). Supermarkets are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Link House felt like a 'Home away from Home'. As mentioned by other guests Yumiko is a lovely and kind host, her house has a homely feel with all the mod cons and her English is amazing. We really enjoyed our discussions about all things Japan and 'just life in general' while enjoying the warmth of the kotatsu. She gave us some great tips for our visit around Fuji-san and made reservations for us at a popular local restaurant, named Yabu (traditional Japanese food, a real crowd pleaser, don't miss it). Our stay at Link House is one to be repeated :-).

Satoshi San is by far one of the sweetest and caring hosts I have ever met. Took the time to explain to us on a map all the best sights to see and where to go during our stay. Facilities were clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen facilities were fantastic.

It was extremely authentic. The person owning this old traditional house gladly shows you the wonderful ancient items that are there. Everything was clean, the futon was comfortable. The garden is so lovely. It felt like a trip in old Japan. We didn't see Mt. Fuji because of the weather, unfortunately, but just this house was worth it. Also the price is incredibly cheap for the experience.

We only stayed for one night but it was an excellent experience and we enjoyed our stay a lot. It was also a real pleasure to try out the onsen which is used as a privat onsen so you can enjoy it in peace. Location is very nice close to Mt. Fuji and Cherito Pagoda, and owners are super nice and helpful which made our stay even nicer! thank you and I hope to come again!

We can highly recommend this guest house. The patron is fantastic, the house is beautiful and it is only a few minutes' walk to the station and to Kanadorii. It really was a great stay.

The food was good, didn't expect that it was a heavy breakfast.. Really enjoyed the FOOD. the location of the place also was really nice.. Good scenery.. Overlooking of Mt. Fuji.. Everything is perfect
