The property is very secluded and quiet while still offering a full set of facilities and plenty of space. The location is not only scenic but allows for easy access to the amazing national park. This is very close to the airport (if you have a rental car) and is tucked away in a valley all by itself. We had room 7 facing the forest and we really enjoyed our stay. We found the owner to very friendly and we were able to have some good times there chatting with her. This is a simple husband and wife business and is not high end. The onsen is hot, which is great. There’s only about 10 cabins which is nice. It was very peaceful. We used this as a launch pad to other places and onsens in the kirishima area too.
