Very delicious abundant breakfast, warm hospitality, kind service. Special thanks for going and bringing the GoPro camera we forgot at Tateba Teahouse the next morning. A peaceful quiet fairy-tale house in picturesque surroundings. The room is well equipped and the authentic Japan supper was also delicious, and abundant. I recommend it everyone to visit, I hope I can go back sometime in the future.

Location is fantastic. Room was very comfortable. Futons and sheets extremely comfortable. Host was very accommodating and even prepared a small breakfast for us very early before our hike. Best of all was his effort to get a dinner reservation for us at an exceptional restaurant in walking distance. Fantastic meal and experience in a small village that closes up early.

The host was super friendly and very helpful, even when we had some additional requests. Thanks so much for all the help! The rooms were veeery spacious (converted classrooms). The shared toilet & shower facilities were also very clean and nice—overall the building interior felt very new.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is only one guestroom, so you have the whole guesthouse/cafe for your own.
