I loved everything in this hostel! The owner and the staff were very nice. They helped me bring my luggage to my room and always poured me water when I needed to refill my bottle. They were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit. The hostel is very cozy and clean. It can get challenging to go to the hostel from the train station especially when you have a luggage but aside from that, everything was perfect and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in sapporo :)

The owners were some of the best people I've met. They are so warm and friendly. The place itself is very clean and well organized. Free miso soup, tea, and coffee in the common area was also very welcomed! There's even a bathtub for those who prefer that over a shower. Very well recommended for anyone to stay!

Recently renovated apartment, which was also cleaned very well. Very good location walking distance from the Otaru Park and Susikino (Snow Festival locations). The dining/kitchen area is spacious and well equipped. Very nice hosts - they managed to arrange early check-in for us and communication was excellent.

He was not too pushy, yet never came close to being indifferent. This is very important for me as a solo traveller. The only teeny tiny points of improvements I would suggest is: A carpet at the sink area to dry up the water spalshes. A thicker, cheaper tissue in the washing area might be better. At last the shared and public parts that we saw. The mix of common use are and bar/restaurant (at night) is very charming. We could leave our luggage there before and after check out on the first and last days. And I could also work there after I had checked out of the room already. I had one of the best and most stable wifi internet connections of my whole life in this hostel! Staff were very friendly.
