Relatively close to the station and the facilities were nice. My favorite part, however, was talking with the staff. Everyone, staff and other guests, was super nice and understanding making it my favorite part of my Japan trip so far. Especially how it was a great chance to meet lots of new people from all over Japan and the world and practice my Japanese with everyone working there. I would highly recommend!

Dorm is OK size, and there's a toilet within the dormitory. The guesthouse is located in front of the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper I suggest using ear plugs. Otherwise a quiet area. It is far from the station and city centre and anyone who books this guesthouse should know that already. Walking distance to two big supermarkets.

Sometimes hostel owners do this too slow. AC sufficiently kept the room cool even with a full room of guys. In room mini-safe storage was a nice perk and was perfectly sized for my Nintendo Switch case (but definitely nothing much larger than that). Roommates were quiet.
