Wonderful place to stay- great location, spotless rooms and nice breakfast

great size room. it’s about a 15minute walk into the town which was fine for us as it’s nice and quiet, there are also street lights down the road. the owner helped us hired a bike and order us tuktuk when needed

We had such a lovely stay here, the best in all of southeast asia (for us). The family who run Coco guesthouse made us feel so genuinely cared for. They took us on a great tour one day and helped us to organize transport to the islands- even ensuring that we had water bottles when we left! The food is also amazing and cheaper than in town. Staying across the bridge provided us with a more genuine experience to see how life for the locals in Kampot is, far more so than the expat filled centre. But don’t worry it’s only a few minutes walk across the bridge to reach the centre.

Air conditioning in bungalow was great. Very relaxed, social environment. Loved the tubes and dive platform.

The property itself is so inviting and beautifully maintained. The cafe was a nice place to have breakfast and hangout when we were not in our room. Our bungalow was very spacious and a great place to come home to after a long day of exploration. Mr. Leng and his family are the best hosts around and go above and beyond to make sure all their guests are very comfortable. They provide great recommendations for sites to see in the area and help arrange transportation and scooter rentals. One of my favorite parts of our stay was the tour of Fish Island Mr. Leng took us on at sunset. The setting is absolutely stunning. I can’t rave enough about the hospitality and generosity of Mr. Leng and his family and would only stay here if we returned to Kampot!

amazing location outside the city of kampot, our lovely river bungalow was facing towards the river so we were looking directly into nature. good recommendations for activities and nice scooter available. monica is a great host, thank you!

Everything! This place is so lovely and definitely a hidden gem! You feel right at home as soon as you arrive! It's right on the beach and you have a perfect sunset every evening. Beds are comfy and the AC in the room is so nice! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

The Guesthouse is very spacious with a lot of different spots. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night from the Rooftop. It was our favorite spot as you can overlook a 360 Degree Mountain View! We used the outdoor gym a couple of times for some weightlifting. Besides that we also enjoyed the outside area to hang out with other guests :)

While short, I had a great stay here. Clean room with a porch with table and chairs to sit at. Hosts were wonderful with good recommendations for what to do in town and there is a tuk-tuk driver available on site to take you where you need to go. Would definitely recommend this place.

The owners as and staff were so lovely and friendly. That made our stay special as we haven’t come across many other places like this. The vegan food was imaginative and amazing. The toiletries were organic. Water was available from a large container as they are anti plastic
