Kim (the owner) is a very responsible person. I had 3 hours flight delay and arrived late at night. But the transfer to the guesthouse and check-in were very well organised. Kim organised also a bus to Siem Riep. The room is basic but you have everything you need. Clean. I will stay there again, because the staff and the location are unbeatable.

The homestay was very comfortable. The family is very kind and helpful and make you feel welcome. Also, they provide free fresh water where you can refill your bottles as many times as you want. Definitely recommend!

I'm on a months long trip, this was one of my favorite hotels in Southeast Asia.. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable. Restaurant is tasty (get the pineapple rice), pool gorgeous with cool and refreshing water. It's located near a million restaurants and things to see. There is a safe in the room. The staff were kind and the manager who went out of his way to help me with my reservation. This was one of those rare hotels where you wander around wondering how you could have been so lucky to stay there.

The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, like a family. Special thanks to Pauline and all the girls, and Mr. Phat, who is not only a tuk-tuk driver, but also an excellent tour guide, with great knowledge and great humanity. The hotel's cuisine is great, Pauline's coctails are amazing. There is live music several times a week, the atmosphere is fantastic. Localization is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the green oasis surrounding the building. This was the best hotel we have ever been.

The story behind the guys who have set it up is fantastic and the work they are doing for Kun Khmer is great. The gym top floor is incredible, up to 3 classes a day with a discounted rate for visitors. The areas to chill out in are perfect, so much space and seating. Great vibe.

Hothel managed by 2 brothers, mother and sister, very nice people and helpfull. My room was big and clean near the Mekong river and Palais with nice view (5ft floor).
