I loved everything about this place! It was spotless and very quiet. Just what I needed to relax after a few weeks of travelling non stop. There is a fully functional kitchen with electric kettle and a refrigerator. Washing machine is free to use too. But the best thing about my stay was the view from the room through the huge windows. It was very beautiful! Yamada-san is a pleasant man and an excellent host. He helped me with everything I needed. Thank you again for having me!

The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere. There is a got shower and super new, clean swimming pool! Noce viewe over the lagoon. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

The owners are wonderful people who made our brief stay memorable. Lovely apartment overlooking the garden and with views across the valley. We enjoyed a huge family breakfast laid out on the patio in from our two-bed apartment.

We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.

This is literally the best place I stayed in during my trip to Sri Lanka, the rooms are vast, clean and with a nice view. It has a view on the tallest river in Sri Lanka, and you can see the sunset shining the river's water with red color. The bathroom had hot water 24/7, the breakfast was big and filling. The host, Dana, is an amazing and helpful person, thank you ❤️

Immaculate grand house with great views. East tuk tuk down to the main city area and walking distance to places to eat. Our room was very spacious with a lovely balcony, comfortable bed and everything, including the bathroom and exterior living areas of the property are immaculate. We had a lovely breakfast and some good chats with Seneka and met his lovely wife Nilashki. Thank you for having us.
