Exceptional place to stay. Clean and spacious room, hot shower, great food and a very friendly host who gave us lots of recommendations. We were able to rent a scooter at the property and the owner also allowed us to leave some of our luggage at the hotel in storage for free. Great value for money.

Super Clean rooms .just perfectly neat . Affordable stay in Negombo . The location is accessible easily also lots of eateries on that street. Owners are really good , It's a family run hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very fulfilling.

Very nice room equipped with everything you need. Hot water with high pressure was a great surprise as it is something unexpected in this price range. Great location and friendly staff.

The place is amazing!! The staff is super lovely, the rooms are spotless!!! The hotel is in a central area nearby many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, that’s why we are going to stay there again on our way back :)))
