An absolutely fantastic experience! We arrived very early in the morning (1:30 AM) and The Bamboo Tree sent us a driver who patiently waited TWO hours for us to deal with a lost baggage nightmare. We felt awful but the hotel owners were very calm and understanding. The ride to the hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport and the driver was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner let us sleep in before serving a big, delicious breakfast on our porch overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We were well taken care of by both the staff and the owners and will definitely be returning for another early morning flight out!

The staff were really helpful and kind, they helped us with everything we asked. Specially Upalu especially helped us a lot. The owners of the property are also nice and kind people. Even If we contact them late at night, they help with the last-minute transfer. Also, some of the most beautiful things for us were squirrels and peacocks in the garden ☺️

The ambience, facilities, staff behavior, pool, floating breakfast were mind blowing. The owner and staff Kumar was very helpful. I reached the property at 3.30 AM and they did not forget to offer e welcome drink. It was a good welcoming environment and we enjoyed everything.
