paul, the guy who made my check in, was very helpful. I had some problems with my shoes and he stepped up and looked for places where I could fix it. the place is amazing, really close to everything you need to do in Riga. highly recommend

Guest House Šampētera māja, hostal o pensió a Riga

Located a 7-minute bus ride from Riga’s city centre, Guest House Šampētera māja offers self-catering accommodation with free private parking and free Wi-Fi.

The host Olegs was extremely hospitable and kind. We arrived at 12pm, he had prepared the sauna for us. He gave us a quick tour of the guest house/cottage. The fridge was stocked with stuff for breakfast as well as beers and wine (all on the house). There is a big nice bathtub for relaxing. The cottage was extremely clean and cozy. It is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable and a pleasant stay. On our second day, Olegs actually brought us nice sandwiches and a bottle of Soviet champagne which was pleasantly surprising! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, would 200% recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a nice getaway for a couple of days to relax and unwind.

Hosts are kind and informative, would check in on you to see if everything is to your liking. There is a leaflet in the studio with personalised points of interest in Riga and around the property. My room was clean, slept well and I liked the decor, had all the amenities I needed especially when it came to cooking! The location is great, conveniently near a shopping centre and the old town.

❤️🏡 Fantastic experience & very beautiful place. My daughter and i enjoyed really everything about our short stay. The pretty street alone with the parc nearby. We had a very peaceful night and were relaxed and rested. Very kind welcome and a house with a tasteful personal atmosphere. Our room had a gorgeous terrace and i liked the shower room (no shower, no power- that is me). Will be our choice for Riga in the future 🌈🥰. THANK YOU!

    El lloc millor impossible, està al bell mig del centre de Riga. A tocar de tot en un moment. M'ha agradat molt el concepte de tenir els llits tancats i individuals, així tens més intimitat que en altres hostals. Molt còmodes.
