Single room was spacious, warm, and clean. It was very quiet during all my 4 days because my window was in the inside yard. I think it is wonderful price and comfort balance. The Anna's guesthouse is very clean, both kitchen and toilets/showers. The kitchen is very small, bus has everything you need. The dinning room is big. New plates and cups are available if you want to cook or make a cup of tea. The location is very close to the city center, also to the train station and bus station are only 15 minutes by foot.
