Had a wonderful stay here in April 2024 and used as a base to go walking in the High Atlas. We had the mountain view room which had fantastic views over the valley, particularly appreciated from the roll top bath. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Abedelaziz and the whole Atlas Kasbah Lodge team for their lovely hospitality throughout my stay. I was in Aguersioual/Imlil during Ramadan, and as food was dificult to come by, Adbelaziz would share some of the family's Iftar supper with me every evening. I remain incredibly thankful for this, as well as for the amazing soupe à l'orge. Furthermore, the view over the valley is unique and very memorable, and the village very authentic.

Maryam was a wonderful host and her daughter Chayma is very sweet. Maryam served tea several times while I was there and cooked an amazing breakfast. I'd highly recommend trying her amazing Berber tajine. The town is on the side of the mountain and in a beautiful location. I enjoyed getting a glimpse into life in this small Berber town tucked away in the mountains.
