The hotel is very pretty. Is inside the Medina so request info for arrival to the Riad before and if you don't request the hotel pick up service. The staff Jamal and Zachary were very attentive and helpful in every way. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. Overall we have a very great time!

It's hard to describe in a few sentences the incredible time we had in this place. We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)

We had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and kind. They made us feel at home. Very lovely decoration and very delicious meals 😋 I am vegan and they were always kind to prepare me adapted meals for me. The Riad is in a perfect location, close to everything, so easy to walk anywhere. We're happy with the tours they proposed to us as well 🙂

Very friendly and accommodating staff and a lovely welcome on arrival. I really like that they could organise excursions and activities for you, and that was a very smooth process. Rooms were clean and one of the more comfortable beds I found in Morocco. Breakfast was tasty and the roof terrace was lovely to sit on even in winter.

This place is great. The road where you have to enter is a bit sketchy, but once you're in you will forget that quickly. If you want to experience the local culture a bit more, I would recommend to stay in a Rijad, and Dar Nejma is a really nice place. It is approximately 10 min walk to the main square from the Rijad. Staff is very friendly, and speak good English, they are happy to help with anything, for example arranging tours for you with transport from the Rijad. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed, everything was really clean. I highly recommend the place.

Very friendly & forthcoming staff, very cute & cozy riad, clean and very well located. It's in the middle of the medina, yet it's peaceful and calm inside the riad. The terrace is beautiful & invites you to relax and enjoy the weather and bustling atmosphere around.
