Great experience. Only stayed for one night but feel great about the facilities and atmosphere. Free coffee and tea is offered. Bobby can speak good English and is willing for help all the time. She arranged the taxi service to the airport, which is very convenient and compensate the missing of transportation.

Very welcoming clean and comfortable. Well worth getting the taxi shuttle they provide from the airport. We were able to store our luggage for 5 days untill we came back.

Wow! This was an absolute gem of a hostel. Could not recommend it enough. We stumbled across it by chance as we wanted to stay somewhere close to the monastery. The husband and wife team running it were amazing - so friendly and helpful. We had a double room on the ground floor which was huge and really modern which I wasn’t expecting in UB! However the real treat is the modern open plan kitchen/dining area and roof terrace at the top of the guesthouse. We had breakfast in the sunshine enjoying the view over the city - wonderful. And then after a day of sightseeing we picked up some beers and enjoyed them in the setting sun on the terrace. So good. This is a brilliant hostel. Don’t hesitate - book it!!!!

Clean single rooms as part of a spacious and nicely decorated apartment on the top two floors of a new building in a backyard away from the traffic and near to the city centre.

Very clean with large rooms and 3 large bathrooms. Laundry facilities. Hot water. Filtered water is available. Nice deck views from the 12th floor. Very helpful staff. This guesthouse is on the 12th floor of a nice apartment complex. There is a convenience store and 2 restaurants in the lobby. Final, excellent breakfast!!!

The staff were exceptionally friends, the managers and drivers went out of their way to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, even though we had to change our plans a few times. We arrived very early in the morning and they even offered us a spare bed to rest for a few hours when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse.
