I was greeted every morning by birdsong on my balcony. My room was spacious and comfortable, and Jennifer, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful. The Mauritian friend I'd planned to visit had a health emergency the day I arrived and my whole visit changed abruptly. I reached out to Jennifer and she graciously helped me re-plan.
