Everything. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Everything you need is provided and the property was spotless. The pool was amazing. The WiFi was great. Plenty of towels, bedding and extras. I would highly recommend.

The best part about this hotel is the manager Estefania. She went above and beyond to address our various cutural questions and made our stay very interesting. Communication was excellent. Room was practical and comfortable. The building felt very safe. Location is very central. It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room and several plates and cups. The outdoor terrace had a couple of tables and charis. We also apreciated that guests followed quiet hours rules, and every person we met was very respectful.

Perfect location. Just a small walk and you are in the “centre”, the beach, the ferry to Cozumel and the ADO busstation. Enjoyed the pool after a day of activities… Cecile the host is wonderful. She is there just to have a talk or to help you out and show you around the area. You feel very welcome!

The personnel were very friendly, the bed comfy and the atmosphere relaxed. It was a great place with excellent value to rest for a night, even breakfast was included.

Very clean and convivial. Good location, near to the beach, restaurants and all you need. The laundry shop is right in the corner.

My accommodations were very clean and home like. The host responded on short notice because I was leaving the airport and trying to find a place to stay just for a few days, having missed my flight back to the USA. For that quick response, I say THANK YOU!
