We stayed here only 2 nights, and really enjoyed the place! It's clean, has everything you need, and even a full kitchen for your use. The beds are very comfy, the AC is strong and there's also ceiling fan in the room. The shower has hot water and proper pressure. The owner, Magnolia, is the main charm of the place. Very sweet and friendly, and accomodating to requests. The place felt like home 🥰. We checked out around 12, but our bus was at 9pm. She let us keep our luggage safely while we enjoyed the beach and then relaxed in the courtyard of Casa Sixta until our bus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep, it's perfect. The location is walking distance from the main beaches (we only took taxi 1 time to go further), and the bus station.

Great location, people, price and value for money. The kitchen is well appointed. If you want a big party spot it is not the place. It is quiet safe and comfortable. That fit my needs well and has a family vibe The La Punta area is sweet. Near a nice section of Zicatela beach and a row with shops, cafes and restaurants. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

We had a great time! Gracias a Carlos y Ivan por hospedarnos. La pasemos super con ellos, a conversar, etc. Nos sentimos como a casa, fue super chill. The place is just in between the beach and the collective stop so it was perfect.

i had been backpacking solo and staying in dorms, and decided to book a cheap room to give myself a break - but it was SOOO much more than I expected and I extended my stay. it’s not luxury here, but it doesn’t pretend to be, and for the price it’s amazing. great location cose to restaurants, bars and yoga. Close to a club but you don’t hear anything at all. and it’s right on the beach! The owner is so so so lovey, I really felt looked after by him, he always replied to my WhatsApp, booked my taxis, and even stored my bag while I went to Chacahua for a few days. theres fans in the room so it’s not too hot, a lovey outdoor kitchen and just such a nice vibe in the place with people doing long haul stays. if you want a cheap private room on the beach - look no further!

Amazingly friendly and welcoming. A nice pool area and seating area. Hot shower. Room cleaning was offered daily. A 15 min walk from everywhere. Great value for money. All in all super hosts. I will return.

The location was great, super close to the beach and the town/restaurants. Room was large and comfortable, having the balcony was a bonus!
