After reading some of the reviews , I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did take note and improved them. I.e. the internet was the fastest on our trip, the room had a TV, AC and we had continuous hot water. The manager was really helpful and involved in answering any queries we may had. They have a small common area where you can relax upstairs. Breakfast was really good in the downstairs cafe and prepared on time for our early departure for diving . Indeed there are stairs as the rooms are on the first floor, but you can leave any diving equipment on the ground floor . We even went back to the cafe part after our diving trip to enjoy the coffee and the fast internet .

Amazing staff, we felt like being at home or part of the family. The room was very comfortable, good wifi and we loved the green area and the swimming pool. Our room was really spacious too. There are a few shops around with some cafes. We enjoyed being away from Semporna town as it was a lot more quiet. We definitely want to come back.

Breakfast is simple but with various choices. Toast/ eggs/ coffee/ ramen/ milk/ soybean milk/ cookies/ neutella.etc. 4. Location: 5 RM to pier by GRAB. Very quiet and peaceful place. There is an Malaysian restaurant and a big supermarket in the same building. 5. They offer free shampoo, shower gel and towels. 6. Every thing is perfect for me with this affordable price.
