We had a lovely few days at the Post Office Cottage. Cozy, comfortable and well provisioned, it was a great base for exploring New Plymouth & Taranaki. Also well setup for our 4 year old daughter. Thanks for having us!!

Loved being able to pat the sheep & have the chooks around us, nice special touch having farm fresh eggs & bacon for breakfast. Super clean & a very comfy bed. Very thoughtful of the hosts to provide extra towels after having been caught out in the rain for the afternoon after exploring the area.

Super quiet location behind owners home.We never saw or heard them but they were there if we needed anything.Walk down property road a bit and you can see Mt Taranaki, if not under cloud. We self catered- oven, gas hot plates, microwave,good size fridge and washing machine. 14 km to New Plymouth. Great view of Mt Taranaki through the trees and an awesome cafe about 2 minutes walk away. Duncan & Charlotte are absolutely fantastic hosts, thank you so much for a fantastic 4 days.
