The landlord helped us a lot, even she didn't speak too much english, she is there to give you any advice, she is so sweet and the place in the beginning looks scary, because is on additional streets, but the place is very safe, we walked around during the night too, we left the car next to the building, without any concerns, the place is very clean and the breakfast was awesome. In a very busy city on a Saturday night, Hospedaje La Huega was an oasis of tranquility, secure, run by a family, pleasant, super-clean, with a nice version of the classic Peruvian breakfast. It was great to be able to call and confirm our arrival time, and call on arrival to immediately be let in through the gate. At breakfast I had a great chat with the owner about his fruit trees. The pool was sparkling clean and inviting but it was a bit chilly for swimming in the early morning.
