It was a lovely quirky place to stay. So nice to stay somewhere individual and interesting instead of a typical white sterile environment. The host was very accommodating and helpful as we had 2 dogs and 2 kids under age of 3. The room was perfect size for us with 2 double beds a cot and a great chair for feeding the baby.

The location was awesome! We could see the ocean as we stepped out the door. Convenient to all restaurants and the local market. Bus stop was also close. Loved being able to walk everywhere in this beautiful seaside village.

The kitchen was also well equipped, if you need to prepare a quick bite. It was closely situated to Cabo da Roca, the pretty hilltop village of Azenhas do Mar and beaches; and close enough to make day trips to the palaces of Sintra easily.

Quite easy to reach without a car as taxis to and from Cascais were cheap. We got engaged here and our host Margareda was very helpful arranging for champagne to toast the occasion!
