When you slide the glass door open, you can look at the sky and ocean from your bed for hours. And when it gets warm, the pool is just two steps away. Beautiful place, wonderful owner.

We had an amazing time staying at Casa do Miradouro! The views from the veranda were absolutely breathtaking and a favourite with the whole family!!! 😄 Our host, Leontina, was extremely friendly, kind and hospitable and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for such an amazing stay. Everything was provided for (WiFi, hairdryer, washing machine and drying rack, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen utensils, lots of towels and good water pressure) so that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was even stocked with tea, coffee, spices, salt, olive oil and vinegar. We were greeted with bottle of local vine and full bowl of fresh fruits ( and were given extra during our stay- all much appreciated! ). There are no stairs inside the house as the accommodation is just one floor but Leontina was extremely kind to let the kids play in the garden downstairs which had a hammock, a trampoline, palm trees and more incredible views! All the bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, wardrobes with extra towels and bedsheets, chest of drawers and lamps. One of the bedrooms had an en suite which we very much enjoyed. The bathrooms and whole house were very clean and perfect for 4-6 people. We had an incredible stay at Casa do Miradouro and highly recommend it!!!!! Quiet location with just goats and rooster waking you up. Great base for exploring Madeira if you want to escape crowds at Funchal. Levada 2 walks ( Nova & Moinho ) nearby- just get down 5-10 minutes walking for start of levada Nova walk, breathing views! and waterfalls

The apartment is new and pristine clean and in a panoramic quiet location. You sleep as a baby in there, the only sound is made by the sea and is a relaxing way to end your day.

Stay at Aurelia and Alberto was truly amazing. They are such a lovely couple, you can feel like a member of a family. Aurelia is the best host, we have ever had. You can talk to her for hours, learn about the island, get some amazing fruits from The garden. House is very clean, apartment has everything you can think of. Amazing shared kitchen (very clean!) where you can prepare food while looking at the ocean ;) we want to get back as soon as possible. Also the location is expectional, very sunny, close to many spots, free covenient parking spaces just by the house on the hill.

Large spacious, two-level house with a beautiful view from the windows to the ocean. Great equipped two kitchens, house with all the details in the interior. It was nice to use the jacuzzi on the terrace on a December evening :)
