The house has a beautiful garden with many outdoor sitting options. The room we got was comfortable, clean and with the mountain view. The common kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and appliances. The location is a quiet one, yet only 5 min walk from central street with shops and restaurants.

Really good breakfast, in a cozy room with music. The hotel is near a pizza place which is great for dinner and take away. The room has a balcony that is shared. For a 5 hour go and return you can visit a great gorge - it is an amazing place to do a short hike. The owner is really friendly!

Excellent for families with small kids who like quiet places and good food. People were very nice and the land surrounding the property was big and excellent for kids enjoyment having many facilities like swings, slides and a big grassy area where we could play tennis, football or enjoy a cold brew from the restaurant. Thank you Remus and the ladies from the kitchen for your effort for the late night pancakes! Our daughter loved them! We most definitely WILL come again!

The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They offered us everything that we needed and nice conversations. The room was neat and tidy, looked really nice and the bed was comfy. The view is wonderful. They have cute pets too. We went for a hike and there are many hiking options around, the mountainside is amazing.

Throughout my stay, the host went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and offered helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of personal attention the host provided. One thing that really impressed me about this place was the attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels. I could tell that the host took great care to ensure that every surface was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. In addition, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. From pots and pans to utensils and appliances, the kitchen had it all. I appreciated how well-organized everything was, which made it easy to find what I needed when cooking. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming home away from home. The host's hospitality truly made the stay exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Avalanche. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs and enjoyed the incredible view of the Piatră Craiului mountain. We booked it for two nights originally but decided on the spot to extend our stay! The property is incredibly clean (I can’t stress how clean it is!), and designed for comfort and relaxation. Every single area (bedrooms, lounge, bathrooms, terrace, garden) is designed with space and comfort in mind. The temperature in every area of the house was perfect (average 22 degrees). There’s no compromise on quality of the building itself and furnishings. The large beautiful windows were perfectly designed to enable you to take in the views. It’s cosy yet incredibly spacious - a wonderful blend! There were no children in our group but there were plenty of comfy beds for children to sleep in and areas to hang out. We made full use of the barbecue and did not miss having a stove; the microwave and coffee machine covered all basics. One of the highlights for us were the little birds that would knock the downstairs windows with their beaks in the morning. So cute! We went for walks, we enjoyed meals at the nearby restaurants/larger cottages, we spent time reading, played board games, garden games, we simply had a wonderful time and are keen to return - hopefully in the winter!
