Perfect location, comfortable and spacious rooms that look even better in reality, plenty of parking space beside the house, nice both artsy and national looking details inside the room. There was even a separate sitting area inside which was quite convenient as the night was not so warm to sit outside. Fresh and crispy clean stripe sateen linen, a lot of pillows, and a profound mattress were really nice to sleep on! Nina was great to communicate with and ready to assist our needs, and suggested some places to visit our our way back. I'll definitely recommend my friends to stay at the place while visiting Subotica and Palic

For summer evenings a nice garden is ready with armchairs and a BBQ site. Of course, as in all coffee regions: if you drink tea, bring your own leaves. The coffee-drinkers idea of tea is a herbal infusion, or worse, Rooibos, not English Breakfast. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but a bit distant from the evening life hubs - takes a 20 minutes brisk walk (but you can take a ridiculously cheap taxi instead).
