Excellent value for money. The staff are amazing, especially Andrew, who kept in touch with me to make sure I was OK even after I left and continued my journey to other destinations. As I was leaving, he arranged for the taxi driver to take me directly to my bus (the driver actually stopped next to the bus in the busy bus park!). The rooms are clean, mine had a nice balcony. The restaurant served some of the best food I had in Rwanda, and there's a nice view from the restaurant over the city. The place is located close to shops, including a nice supermarket. The very centre of Kigali is short moto taxi ride away. Of course, it's not a luxury hotel, but for the money they charge it's really hard to beat.
