The location is great, few metres away from the Beau Vallon beach and few minutes to main centre of Beau Vallon. The rooms are big spacious, with wifi connection, big toilet and it has also a parking. The breakfast is tasty and good enough to start the day. The day I left, very early in the morning, they gave me also something to eat :) Really appreciated. The staff is very helpful

Our stay at Villa Roscia was amazing! The home atmosphere and kindness of the owners left us with a very warm memory! We loved the breakfasts, morning cappuccino on the balcony with the best possible view. Huge advantage is that the villa is located in a very calm area so you can enjoy a sound of the waves. Very relaxing place. Downstairs you can meet very friendly home pets. Which is fantastic for animal lovers. We will definitely miss Mr Grey and Mia. Two lovely cats. Rooms are very comfortable and the dressing room is separate so it is nice to organize your things around. We had a little ceremony in Seychelles and Paolo and Nicole made it more special for us. They really make you feel at home and welcomed. The couple is able to provide a fair transportation fee if needed. They have lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and places to see. The beach, restaurants and pubs are just a minute of walk. Perfect location. I would recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a place to relax. It had been a wonderful week for us and we are so happy to choose this stay.

1) The host Erika is SUPER responsive, helpful, and kind. She helps me with booking tours and airport pickup/dropoff car with very reasonable prices, gives me a bus card to use even after I check out (they are booked out for rest of my stay so I had to move), and is ready to help anytime. Eddy her husband is really nice too. I feel great about contributing to the local economy by staying at this family-run B&B instead of international hotel chains. 2) The location is ideal, Beau Vallon Beach and Mike's Store (convenience store) are just down the road (very hard to find convenience stores in Seychelles, so being close to one is a huge plus), also walking distance to bus stop, bars, restos in central Beau Vallon. 3) The photos on their page don't do them justice. The room is super clean, spacious, modern, with amazing balcony views overlooking the ocean and trees. Very quiet at night. 4) Many B&B's here have dogs on the premises, and they bark a lot at night, but this one doesn't have dogs, so that's another plus for people who are allergic to pets or are light sleepers. Highly recommend this place especially if you aren't renting a car. Mahe island is very very hard to get around without a rental car, and taxis are hard to book and expensive, so staying in a central location within walking distance of things is important. Also, don't stay in Victoria, the town is dead after 4pm and far from the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and freshness. The rooms were spacious, featuring lovely terraces to enjoy the surroundings. The abundance of modern electronics added to the convenience of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay by the sea.

It’s reasonably priced and clean. We were a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 11 y.o. We were given the two rooms with a nice spacious terrace and had the entire kitchen to ourselves. Both bedrooms had ACs. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

Simple but very cosy B&B. Excellent hospitality, you feel at home instantly. The home-cooked breakfast was superb. Location is good with a short walk to the nice Beau Vallon beach with many restaurants and bars. The owner and her son also helped us arrange a short trip to the nearby beautiful Anse Major and car rental, which was extremely helpful.
