Mareeya Place is an exceptional property. Frank and Ann will take care of you as family. From check-in to check-out it felt like we are staying in a very professional hotel with very close focus on each of our travel needs. The rooms was brilliantly clean and equipped with everything you would want a hotel room should have. The breakfast was ample. The best part of Mareeya is its walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

El edificio se ve nuevo y bien cuidado desde el momento que entras por el vestíbulo. El señor que regenta el establecimiento siempre está disponible a ayudar, lo cual se agradece.

Modern updated room and furniture with VERY comfortable new mattress and excellent pillows and comforter. Room is small but has everything you need and is very clean. Love the smart TV! You can watch Netflix and YouTube no problem. Friendly staff. Great coffee shop right across the street. Overall, for the price this hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay there again!

It is very close to the beach, just 5min walk and you’re there. Room is clean and nice looking and it comes with a terrace. Owners are very friendly.

I was skeptical booking here with some of the 1 ratings, but had few choices. My first room was NOT good at all. The refrigerator didn’t work and the AC was blowing but hardly cool. The hotel was responsive and moved me to a much better room in another building with everything working. Sometimes there is housekeeping service.
