Great place right at the beach - literally few meters from the door to the water. Clear water, soft sand. Quiet place, but close to the street food, shops etc.

I stayed there for the entire week and it was a superb experience! The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The decor was simple but warm and welcoming. There are clean cups, bowls, plates and cutlery you can use, and free instant coffee is available for free at your own service. You can also borrow towels and blankets for use on the beach, also for free. If you take a mini bus for THB200 from the Phuket International Airport, it will stop outside Thira House. The THB100 Smart Bus stop to and from the airport is about 10-12 minutes’ walk from Thira House, and you can flag down the bus anywhere along the beach boulevard. You can flag down a songthaew that brings you to the Phuket Old Town on the main road right outside Thira House. It was super handy. Walking to the Karon Beach is easy - it takes less than 10 minutes. Kara Beach is right next to Karon so it’s accessible from Thira House too. There are plenty of cafes and local eateries nearby so although you are not in the busiest area in Karon, you will be fine. Just enjoy the tranquility without sacrificing convenience too much. A microwave oven and a safe are available in the room. Water pressure at the shower is considered good by Thai standard. You are provided two bottles of water per day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist us, especially when our small daughter fell ill during our stay. We are truly grateful for their help and hospitality. The property was amazing, rooms were spotless and huge, exactly like the photos! It was in an amazing location on a slightly quieter street but only a 2 min walk to the more lively part of Karon! They had great facilities like pool, bar, TV where Matt put the footy and UFC on for us! Matt was great, an absolute perfect host! He offered advice on best places to go and costings of certain things which was really helpful! It was perfect in every sense of the word, we will definitely be back in the future!

We loved everything. The position is perfect...near the beach and many restaurants. It's also near the bus stop, so it's cheap arriving from the airport using the 100bath bus. We used the small room but I felt in love with it...it's just the right size and it has a lot of accessories for a perfect staying. Mr. Craig is a wonderful host and it was very helpful.

Clean cozy room, very friendly staff and "soulful" bar. Fits both for people who come for sea-and-beach holidays with family and for those who plan nightlife fun with friends (and workers can give advice for both these directions). Guesthouse is located between big streets, so it is still 2 minutes to the sea and any restaurant, but relatively calm in the night.
