There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about this beautiful off beaten place it’s owned by a small family mom made you breakfast everyday brings it to your door, it’s so quiet and fresh water was clean and we got hot water, there’s 2 7/11 in Koh Yao yai the restaurants there are very good you will need a bike on this island

Never leave reviews but this time I feel that I have to do that! Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner who speaks English well, very clean rooms. Easy check in & check out. The territory is very peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again once I come to Koh Yao Yao again. 4 minutes driving to the pier for Hong island. 5 minutes driving to the beat thai food restaurant “Som Tum”. Also you can reach any spot within 20 minutes as it’s located just in the middle of the island. We have been provided with everything we needed by request. I only regret we had 2 night there, wish we had more! Thanks for having us!

The Location is great but you will need a motobike (they rent new motorbikes in pristine conditions) to move around the island. The bungalows are spotless and comfortable. 7 eleven is just a 3 minute walk. There are a few restaurants close by, sadly the best one closes after 6 pm. The owners are amazing and always trying to help you with a smile, and as others review mention they will pick you and drop you from the pier without hesitation. We will be back.

We expected much less because of the cheap price. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. The staff (Mai and her crew) were very welcoming and always ready to help. They were providing us with water bottles every day and got fresh towels once during the stay. Area is peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow was clean and spacious, the shower pressure was good. Internet reception was great. They also have little restaurant on the property, which cooks delicious meals that won't break the bank. We had a lovely stay. I really hope Mai gets compensated enough for everything that she does and how much she cares about each and every guest.
