Max is amazing, The place is so lovely and you can tell he really cares. Everything was perfect, as mentioned by others, drinking water as much as you want, nicely decorated and he really does everything to make u feel at home. The eatery across from his guesthouse is really good. He recommended it and when I asked him where to buy fruits, he offered to bring me some from the market the next morning. Good location with easy access to 10B trucks. There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.
