Our flights got delayed , therefore our check in was delayed , the staff waited for us till we check in. It was a boutique hotel so you won’t be expecting a 24 hrs room service or anything. I am very impressed by Suda services, she is kind , she is polite and every time I met her , she greeted with a warm smiles ! Throughout my 5 Day 4 nights stay , I’m really really satisfied with my stay. There is shops nearby , markets is on Friday , Saturday and Sunday. There is no 7-11 nearby , but all these can be settled by Grab !

The Elements Boutique Hotel is a peaceful oasis in an urban jungle. Located very conveniently to most of old town Phuket's attractions and visiting points, it offers a cool and welcome retreat from the heat and the crowded streets outside. It's clean, it's cool and you are always greeted with a smile. We loved it!

A Jewel in Phuket's Old Town I had the pleasure of staying in the most beautiful house in Phuket's Old Town, and what an experience it was! The hostess welcomed us with open arms – her kindness is truly unmatched. Not to mention the cleanliness of the house; it exceeded all expectations. The location? Simply perfect. Right in the heart of the Old Town, so everything you need or want to see is just a stone's throw away. But perhaps the best thing about this place are the creative minds that inhabit it. The hostess and her husband (the architect who renovated the house) are not only warm but also incredibly creative and full of great tips for the area – from the best local activities to top-notch restaurant recommendations. I can't wait to come back. For anyone looking for an authentic and heartfelt experience in Phuket, this is the place you shouldn't miss. Would love to return!

Snoozy has the best location in the middle of Phuket Old Town. It was very smooth to check in and check out, I only communicated with the host via whatsapp but he was very prompt to reply to all my queries, and super accomodating with late check out. Beds and sheets were super clean and comfy! The room has everything we needed, we were thrilled by this stay! Thank you Snoozy!

Very clean room with air conditioning and a balcony, very friendly and helpful staff. There is free parking outside to park your motorbike or car, 7-11 is just 3 minutes away. Airport bus terminal only 5 minutes away walking. Water and coffee is provided every day for free! Will visit again on my next trip to Phuket!
