A spacious, attractive self-standing apartment separate from the main house. Breakfast items provided on arrival. A nice little kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable bedroom and pretty living space. Helpful and courteous hosts. Close to restaurants, cafes, the urban train station, easy walk to the seafront... would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated, charming rooms, lovely outdoor area for relaxing and of course the view is incredible, we read a book next to the pool and soaked up the view for three hours straight after a huge and varied breakfast.

The property is in an excellent location. Beautiful place to stay. The rooms are elegantly decorated. And every room has it’s own unique charm. The beach is just a few steps out the gate of the property and you swim at anytime of the day. In the morning you will witness few activities going on the water. Early morning you can watch the locals fishing at your watch. It was really entertaining when you’re alone. You can see some tourists kayaking, crowd are swimming, people are walking their dogs and fishermen getting their boats and nets ready to fish. I had fun watching all these and strolling barefooted on the shore. Nice experience! SERVICE is a top for me. Mr Adnan is a very caring and attentive to perfection person. Right now, I can’t come up of a suitable description of him. He is a very well mannered, friendly, accommodating, respectful, keen eyes to detail and will go beyond great customer service. Thank you Mr. Adnan and to his son Ano. Will not forget the help you extended. Salute and hope to be back soon …. But before I end I almost forgot to mention the breakfast …. A la carte sumptuous breakfast everyday at your convenient time; -I enjoyed the yummy strawberry purée -The assorted pastries are freshly baked -The local white cheese (Gouda) is super delicious -The cappuccino so creamy Overall Experience is SUPERB. INCOMPARABLE HOST HOSPITALITY! Thank you

It's a very pretty and quaint place, perfect for relaxation. The courtyard is dominated by a pink peppercorn tree which is surrounded by blossomed plants and shrubs. Simba the cat lounges on the outdoor seating. Check out the photos (the room photo is from when I was leaving, it was much tidier when I arrived) The location is amazing! The La Marsa downtown and the TGM train station which connects to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, and Tunis is a 2 minute walk away. My room was fantastic, it had everything I needed. However, the doorway into the bathroom area was a bit small (for me as 189 cm tall guy) so if you're a big person, might be a bit tight but easily manageable. The bathroom and toilet areas are normal sized. Except for that nitpick, no other faults. Said and Fufu are fantastic hosts and made me feel like a part of the family throughout my stay. Said is a very fun and interesting person to talk to, I had some great conversations with him. Overall, a very kind-hearted couple! If you are a solo traveller and this is your first time in Tunisia (like it was for me) I would highly recommend this place. La Marsa is a safe neighbourhood and well connected to the nearby sites.

The house is beautiful, bed super comfortable 2 mins from the beach, very nice breakfast. Swimming pool and terrace to relax. 10 mins walk train Station. Host were friendly.

Why are the croissants in Tunisia so much better than home?! The breakfast was good (it includes croissants!), the rooms was comfortable and the property was as beautiful as the photos. Our host, Hedi, was very helpful and accommodating.
