Checking very smooth and staff very welcoming Breakfast experience with El-Hadja BADIAA was really exceptional and we where very impressed with her Generosity and with all the information that she gave regarding the property and the location and the plenty of advises that she offered related to the Touristic information in the Old Souq and in the region.

Bathroom could use some renovation, but that didn't bother us. Mr. Akram is a great host. He provided us with everything we needed (extra blankets, towells..), he even brought us home made cakes. Would recommand his apartment. Thank you Mr. Akram!

The rooftop terrasse with a view over the Médina of Sousse was fantastic and even had a hammock. For breakfast, we enjoyed fresh orange juice and homemade jam. The Dar is kept in an authentic Arab fashion and feels like a place from 1001 Nights. Walking distance to the port, the grande mosquée and the fort of Sousse. Toutou is a great host, his breakfast is delicious, his tours were really great and the home is really charming. We’ve experienced a local life thanks to Toutou, it wouldn’t be the same without him and his knowledge. One of the perks of staying at his guest house is we got to know great people, so we couldn’t ask for more in our first, but sure not last, visit to Tunis. We recommend it 100%

Toutou is a fabulous host who cares a lot about his guests and his guesthouse. You feel very well looked after! The guesthouse setup is a nice way to meet other travellers while having some privacy and quiet if you need some.
