Room was clean and felt very comfortable and relaxing. Small room but perfect for me, one person, but two people would be comfortable as well. Beautiful old neighborhood if you like older style Taiwanese homes. Owner was friendly and very accommodating. Location was great for visiting the famous Juifen Old Street…only two minutes walking time. Be sure to get the breakfast supplied by the B&B…delicious! Simple but tasty. Parking is in a very small parking area and the road to it was narrow and only one car can fit on the road. This parking area was free and the other was pay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Booked the double room with a sea view. Rooms was clean and spacious, had a really nice mountain/sea view. Accommodation was close to the bus stop, which is around the corner from the police station/visit center, once you see the first set of stairs go up, which takes you to the back entrance to the guess house restaurant. The same set of stairs also takes you up to Jiufen old street, which makes it really convenient. Breakfast was nice, toast with ham and cheese and salad on the side. The owner was really friendly, gave me nice recommendation about places to visit.

The location. It is near the end of a busy street. So it is quiet with easy access to a lot of interesting shops. The view from our room is simply gorgeous. The little treats prepared by the owner are fresh and thoughtful. The welcome personnel is very thorough with the introduction and instructions. The heat from the A/C is quite nice. Two dehumidifiers in the room kept the air dry. Overall this is a top notch experience.
