Everything. This place is without any competition the best accommodation I had since I started my round-trip in Taiwan, since almost one month ago. Extremely friendly and very helpful and competent staff who are very responsive via LINE app. English is not offered among languages but due to translation apps this is not an issue. The rooms are not posh but clean and very cozy with good, fast & free WiFi, the location is great with many restaurants, shops, malls, a market and lots of convenience stores in the immediate surroundings. Note: There is no breakfast but a due to many convenience stores, shops, restaurants, market etc. in the surroundings so this should not be a problem. Also there is no room service but bottled water, tea, toiletries etc. are provided and also equipment to clean the room yourself which I prefer that way anyways. Other info: as others noted there is no reception, but at my stay that was not an issue, I sent a message via LINE app from FamilyMart (they have free WiFi) close to the hotel and was picked up and guided to my room immediately. Advice: Have a local SIM ready for your travel in Taiwan. It helps a lot and makes travel and communication a lot easier.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The apartments were spacious and fit us (3 people) perfectly. They provide you with towels and some toiletries (you have to choose which at check in). It was a quiet area but you can easily get to bars and restaurants nearby (we took Ubers). Free laundry room.

Would absolutely recommend staying here 👍 The room has a good size, is pretty clean and comfortable and well equipped. There even is a washing machine on the balcony. The location of the hotel is great, close to the mrt green line. Check in and check out were quick and uncomplicated.

Free laundry amenities (washing machine,dryer and detergent sheets to get at counter), was very clean and convenient. Good location with nearby bus stops and train station. Within walking distance to food places and taichung gancheng bus station (to travel sun moon lake etc) Room was very clean and spacious (good layout), simple modern design. The square layout of the room made it more spacious - you can do yoga jnside if you want to. There is no breakfast included but this is not an issue as we are always full after eating out at the night market (after dinner) and there are several good taiwanese breakfast spots around.

Great location near Taichung Station. The staff didn’t speak much English but were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and stylish. The 9th floor lobby/bar looked nice, though we didn’t sit there. Overall good value for money!
