We loved everything! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lot of privacy. The esthetic is very cozy. Breakfast is all homemade and abundant. The restaurant has delicious food (best we had in the area) and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was solved easily (taxi, excursions, ice...). Highly recommended!

this place is a dream! such a unique place, peaceful, serene, with so many cute African coastal touches. Perfect location, super helpful staff. It exceeded all of my expectations. 10/10 would come back 12/10 would recommend to anyone that wants a beautiful peaceful time for their trip.

This place is an absolute paradise! The fact that hotel is small, clean and full of people who really enjoys their work makes you feel like home. Alex was not only very helpful but also so kind and he always smiles to us! We felt there not like customers but rather like a part of family. Food is really tasty and the view there is incredible too! Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, especially the staff and the relaxed feeling of the bar and accomodation with sandy ground. The kitchen is amazing as well. They went above and beyond every time and we were lucky to be there on a Sunday when they organize movie nights so we dined watching a movie and drinking cocktails which are also fantastic. On the beachfront they also have a bar perfect for lunch and just chilling out. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The pristine beach just steps away was a breathtaking escape, offering a picturesque setting for relaxation. Beyond the scenic beauty, the icing on the cake was the local culinary expertise shared by Hiob, the owner of this Guesthouse. His recommendations led us to hidden gastronomic gems, showcasing the rich flavors of Zanzibar. Notably, the Cozy Lodge surprised us with reliable and speedy internet—a rare gem in such a serene location. We wholeheartedly recommend the Cozy Lodge Guesthouse.

Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit and juice then either eggs, pancakes, avocado, anything you could want. The rooms are spacious and clean. You’re with walking distance to the beach and loads of lovely places to eat, there are a few spas on the beach as well if you fancied a massage!

[Agathe's comment] Anthony and all the staff were very nice to us, the breakfast was very good and there was a very good ambiance in the house. We could cook ourselves so it was very nice. The house is very close to the beautiful beach of Jambiani!

A small and pretty accommodation with a seasonally open restaurant in connection with a training centre for local youths!? A brilliant idea, in my opinion. (Good luck and success to all the friendly students in the future). This is not the first time I have been to Alibi's Well and, as before, I have found the place to be pleasant and beautiful. Centrally located, yet quiet, you will find everything you need here: a fantastic environment and a staff that couldn't be better and more attentive. So I would like to thank Amina, who takes such care of the rooms, and Mohammed for his tireless work in the house and garden and for all the freshly picked coconuts. My very special thanks go to Ibrahim for absolutely everything that made my stay so special, from the delicious cuisine to the lively and pleasant conversations. I will not forget the wonderful time here and I am sure I will be back!
