I have to mention the staff because they are outstanding - very kind and helpful and I had many great conversations with them. If I return to Entebbe then I will happily stay at Alison & Dave's Guesthouse again.

After almost a month of traveling through Uganda, this was the perfect relaxing getaway to end the trip and also recharge the battery. Every meal was fantastic and I truly appreciate the flexibility of the staff when hosting guests who needed meals at odd hours and had special requests. You might be close to the airport but I didn't hear any planes, so while very convenient to the airport the property clearly isn't underneath the flight path.

This place has a beautiful gardetn area and is sorrounded by lush vegitation and is right across a calm, quiet street from Lake Victoria. There are pleny of bars and restaruants around. I enjoyed biking and walking around this area. I apprecated the friendly staff, nice rooms, great location and very tasty breakfast. They even arranged travel to the airport for me.
