The room was big enough and clean. The stuff was friendly although we had to use google translator for communication ;) The bed was very comfy, wi-fi connection and air-conditioning was working very good, the location was good. To Dragon Bridge is around 30/40 minutes walking or you can take a scooter taxi which is very cheap in SE Asia. The whole Da Nang is in my opinion underrated, we stayed only for the Dragon (be aware that it is fire shooting only on Saturdays and Sundays) and Ba Na Hills resort but we wish we stayed longer - the beach is very nice!

This is a great place to stay I highly recommend it. My room 301 had everything you could ask for including a fridge, great A/C, a fan, kettle, big window that opened and cable TV Box selection in English, comfortable bed, table and chairs. I could hand wash my clothes in the bathroom, hang up and they were dry in 24 hours. The family were super helpful even without speaking much English. Walk around discover and explore there is plenty to see in Danang and you can do it from this property easily.
