The setting is amazing with a fabulous view of Mossel Bay. The accommodation is fantastic - beautiful rooms, so comfortable and clean and with every convenience. The decor throughout is stunning at the house but the absolute best thing is the hosting! Herman and his team are wonderful- so helpful, personable and attentive. They make you feel so welcome and cared for. I loved this place.

The veranda with the view on the sea is really nice to enjoy your lunch ! Equipments to cook such as a toaster, microwave and even an egg cooker. The owner is very welcoming !

What a magical place is Betty’s Boutique Hotel. A bygone era captured perfectly. So refined. There is an amazing array of interesting English memorabilia. Beautiful porcelain cups and teapots, so much to appreciate. We chose the Rose Room which oozed romance. The waitresses/housemaids all wore pretty floral aprons and were always nearby to ensure our comfort. Our room was immaculately cleaned and reset every day. Tea and coffee making facilities were in our room presented beautifully on a trolley. A delicious bottle of wine was gifted to us on our arrival with two huge, fine glasses. I mention all the above to point out just how dedicated the owners are to making their guests feel very special. Our bed was enormous and so very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom large and bright with a brilliant, strong, hot shower. Two lovely armchairs were in our room giving us a place to sit and read if we wished. Breakfasts were amazing served on a sunny balcony with views over the peaceful garden and out to sea with relaxing background music making it a hard to leave. Not normally one for eating breakfast I couldn’t resist the temptation to indulge each morning. We have moved on to our next stop after a most memorable 4 days at Betty’s. We miss the smiles and attention that the beautiful girls showered us with. We will treasure wonderful memories we made at Betty’s Boutique Hotel. Thanks to Lewis and his family and their wonderful team.

The location was fantastic, and the accommodation was equally impressive. Our experience was greatly enhanced by the incredible hospitality of our hosts. While we were in town, we fell ill (unrelated to the accommodation), and Lizette went above and beyond to care for us. She kindly made us soup and even offered to fetch medication. Lizette was truly an angel. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we definitely plan to return on our next trip to South Africa

Amazing breakfast cooked fresh with a great selection for healthy eaters. We wish we had stayed longer at this place, was a quick stop over during our travels through the garden route.
