Breakfast was ok, maybe in the future they could offer more choices for vegetarians. The staff went above and beyondto make sure that we had everything we needed. Sisi Fari and Sarah were very professional and I would stay here without a doubt when back in Harare. This was truly a home away from home. And thank you to Samira as well, absolutely exceptional host.

The host Bridget went all the way in helping me as I encountered a lot of problems with my travelling but she was there all the way ready to welcome me anytime I arrived. Together with Jean they made my stay special. I wish I would give them a 100 stars for their hospitality. Jean made sure the place was always squeaky clean. The host really gave me personalized service. I got there late and the shops were closed due to curfew and I didn't have any food. They made supper for me. The internet was good and managed to work from home for a couple of days. I loved the complimentary breakfast every day, It was varied from day today. The room was clean and comfortable. The gate guy is such a helpful guy. I really felt at home.
