A large house in the suburbs. Double room with bathroom on upper floor was great - large room with lots of storage. Good communication with owner & his uncle (lives nearby, need him to let you in upon arrival). Easy 15 min walk from the the bus terminal.

Fascinating (large, comfortable) rooms with 2-foot-thick adobe walls, local art/antiques displayed. Lovely courtyard, lounge with bilingual library and local art collection plus good Internet/WiFi (signal couldn’t penetrate our room, however). Very good breakfast including delicious fresh cactus fruit; hotel owners have a farm and even grow fruits in hotel courtyard. Dinner was superb. On our night the (single, fixed-price, all-included) menu was delicious tomato soup with local cheese (extra servings offered and eagerly eaten), large tender beefsteaks, flavorful roast vegetables (from that farm), choice of desserts (we ate fruit compote with nuts), excellent regional wine. The menu changes daily. Bilingual (Spanish/English) owner/manager.

Offering a garden and garden view, Hospedaje 371 is set in Salta, 600 metres from El Palacio Galerias Shopping Mall and 1 km from El Tren a las Nubes. the room was very nice and clean and right by the shared bathroom. The lady that served breakfast also help me call a cab to go to the airport, which was very helpful since I don’t speak Spanish.

Casa de familia is situated in Cachí. Rooms are equipped with a patio with views of the mountain. At the guest house, each unit has a wardrobe. It is located at the back of the owners home and has a lovely homely feel to it. The rooms are big and spotless and there's an amazing view from the patio. The shared bathroom is big and spotless too. The owners are so nice and make you feel at home straight away :)

A recently renovated guest house located in Cafayate, L' Auletta features a garden. Beautiful old family building - so much charm and character. Very clean and excellent host. Exceptional value for money.

Situated in Coronel Moldes, 37 km from Valle de Lerma, La Casona de Moldes features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Beautiful place, recently restored. Fantastic room, excellent food, wonderful staff. We stopped over for the night, and regret not staying for more. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved it.
