It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.

Offering free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, Swan Lake Guest House is located across the road from Flynn's Reef Beach. All rooms offer a 2-person spa bath. You can view the world famous penguin parade just 3 minutes' drive or 10 minutes’ walk away. Bernadette is just the perfect host! You feel at home immediately. It's a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The room is big, beautiful, equipped with everything you need and the spa bath is just the perfect treat after a long day. Everything is spotless clean. The breakfast is delicious. To make a long story short: we would alsways stay here again.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Free parking is available outside each cottage. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Beautiful staff, so kind and welcoming and an excellent location— incredible view ! So easy to find all the main attractions and added bonus having the cafe and farm store on site. Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
