Ken was also lovely, greeted us when we arrived but left you to enjoy your holiday whilst only being a phone call away if we needed anything, perfect situation for us enjoying a romantic week away. Couldn't fault the bed, room or facilities.

The self catering chalet felt like home and was very comfotable. The owner, Joy, was very pleasant and informative. We wished we had stopped here on a previous visit to York.
