Mariestela was really welcoming and helpful with local knowledge, she arranged a great trip for us, and she speaks great English. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The pool is great. Breakfast was amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and great value. We booked this accommodation as a treat, and it was really worth it.

We had a great stay at Vista do Lago Jungle Lodge! From the start, the friendly staff made our visit fun and comfortable. We really appreciated the coordinated transport from Manaus and, later, back to the airport. The hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The excursions were awesome. We tried a bunch of them, and each one was a new adventure. Kennedy, our English-speaking guide, was full of fun stories and a wealth of information about the plants, animals, and local culture. We learned so much from him, and he made sure we had a great time. It was a great way to explore and get to know the Amazon!

The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, and the location is just at the heart of the rainforest, which was exactly what I was looking for. Good for relaxation, there is no internet or signal at the cottage, which allows for social media detox. However, broadband is available near the main building/restaurant if you can't live without internet. I was able to do a couple of web/video calls to my office early in the morning before going deep into the forest.
