The unit is on the ground floor of a house, not a basement which made it an amazing find. The windows face the backyard which made it feel a little extra private and cozy. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed cuz we prefer to cook our own meals when we travel, so it was important for us. Big and comfortable bed is an extra plus. A nice extra touch were the complementary sweet and savory snacks and bottles water, which was very welcoming after a long trip. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood in Vancouver with public transport availability within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room with a private bathroom and walk-in closet inside a beautiful house. There was a desk in the room and the wifi was strong enough for work and video calls. Kettle in the room and access to fridge and toaster in the kitchen. Around 15 minutes drive from the airport. Small selection of restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. Really enjoyed my stay!

Cathy en Bruce bieden een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. De accomodatie is prachtig, zeer goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Elke ochtend kregen we een uitstekend ontbijt. Het huis is rustig gelegen, en is een goede uitvalsbasis voor de nabijgelegen nationale parken.

Sounds of the Sea ligt in Ucluelet, op 8 minuten lopen van Terrace Beach, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. The stay was really nice. The hosts were super friendly. All in all, a really good time.

The Oceanfront Inn on Stephens Bay bevindt zich in Coal Harbour, op 22 km van Veerbotterminal Port Hardy, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en... Stephen’s Inn is for sure one of the most special places you could visit on Vancouver island: the view right out on to the water, having some sea lions say hello every now and then, watching the full moon rise over the hills… it’s such a magical view, that you can get both out of the super comfy bed and out of the bathing tub, that’s big enough for two. Stephen is a chef, creating breakfast that’s better than any food we tried on the island- with lots of nice seafood fresh out of the ocean. One day we took the kayaks that are free to use, travelled down the coast and watched the orcas blow their water fountains from a far. The detail and care Michelle and Stephen put in hosting their guests made us feel warmly welcomed, making it really hard to finally pack our bags and leave. We will for sure come back!

Nimpkish Hotel ligt aan het strand in Alert Bay, Cormorant Island. Alle kamers beschikken over een flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders en een eigen badkamer. The location is fantastic. The owner and her husband are so friendly and welcoming. A great hotel.
