Bed & Breakfast Region Murtensee is set in Münchenwiler, 5 km from Murten, 25 km from Bern and 13 km from Fribourg. If one could award this establishment 6* I would ( and believe me, I am particular!) The perfectly designed studio, with separate bedroom and bathroom, was exceedingly spacious, exceptionally well presented, scrupulously clean and well-equipped ( we cooked a 3 course meal). We booked breakfast, and our host, Carmen, was attentive and totally absorbed in attending to every detail. The tray of delights was brought to our room at the agreed time, and was superb!!! She even asked "how would you like your eggs....😀

Beautiful, comfortable and luxury place. Special architecture. I felt like a VIP in a comfy space. My room was big, with additional relax part. Bathroom was separate, but dedicated only for me. The same for separate full kitchen. There is a grand piano in the lobby that I was allowed to play. Just go there if you can :-)

We had a superb stay and loved everything. Warm welcome beautiful accommodation, perfect location. We were sorry to leave.

Located in the small village of Villarepos, this hotel is 4 km from Lake Murten. Very clean hotel, very high level service, either in the fantastic restaurant and in the hotel. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Set in Saint Aubin Sauges, Hôtel de la Béroche has a garden and a bar. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom and free WiFi. All staff is kind. They are flexible. The room 1 is just perfect! Thank you

Built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2002, Relais des Saars is located in Neuchâtel, a 20-minute walk from the city centre. Free private parking is available. the owner was very friendly and provided great coffee and a special creamer at my request.

Offering a restaurant with a panorama terrace, Le Relais du Château Monney is located in Cournillens, a 15-minute drive from Fribourg, Murten and Avenches. Owner, manager welcome’s you himself. Breakfast fresh, very good with some local produce and background.
