The staff (Gloria) went out of her way to pick up our luggage outside of the historical town to bring it in. She helped to book the passes to allow us into Tongli. When we informed her that the room was cold, she brought up good heater to help warm the room. The location of the hotel is central in the old town, easy to walk every where.
