Perfect place to relax near the river. Very quiet, can hear the monkeys in the distance. It’s clean, comfortable stay and good to explore both the waterfal inland and the beach too with a 20 min walk. Recommended!

Eco Hostal Kuima is located in El Zaino and features a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Amazing place! The bus to Tayrona National park stops right at the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited Tayrona overnight and were offered to shower when we returned!

Very good location if you’re travelling to Tayrona park. The staff was very nice and the food at the restaurant is excellent! The swimming pool has a beautiful view. It felt like our home for a few days.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. I am a firm believer that the staff can make or break a hotel and the staff here confidently knows what they’re doing- everyone from the reception to the kitchen staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. A smaller hotel so plenty of attention on the guests. Great rooms at an affordable price- and did I mention views!? Stay here if you’re in Santa Marta. We stayed at three places in the area and this was our favorite.

Santuario Tayrona Hostel in Calabazo provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, an open-air bath and a garden. Diana is a truly amazing host! I’ve never stayed somewhere where the manager has been so friendly, welcoming and helpful before and during my stay! Thank you so much for that. The hotel is cute - really pretty and well kept gardens and a pool to use as well. The rooms are basic but you get exactly what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone who wants great value for money when visiting Tayrona park.

Villa Del Río is located near El Zaino and 6 km from Los Cocos Beach. It features free parking. Each room here will provide you with a fan. The private bathroom also comes with a shower. Very helpful staff (no English though), absolutely peacfully located next to the river, very nice place, not far from entrance to Tayrona

Located just 33 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, WAYANAY TAYRONA ECO HOSTEL provides accommodation in El Zaino with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a shared kitchen. Very, very nice staff!! We got upgraded in a better room with AC without paying more, really good breakfast, very clean, nice sorroundings, close to the national park entrance, we could leave our backpacks for two nights without paying anything
