We had dinner at The Ivy and were able to just walk there and back. Room was quite small but fine for our one night stay. Easy to recommend.

Carole was superb, chatting with us at breakfast and offering sightseeing suggestions. On our final day, she checked train times for us and booked a taxi to the station. Thank you, Carole!

With just 5 rooms, you can be sure of a friendly, personal service and a warm welcome. The host Toni was wonderful. Location was very convenient. The room was exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was a delight.

All rooms are elegantly decorated and offer a flat-screen TV with Freeview and a modern bathroom with power shower and luxury Caroline Henry toiletries. Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.
